What a tease!

I really thought we were moving up in the world yesterday... temperature wise. We got all the way up to minus 6°F at our house, the warmest we have been in over two weeks! This morning after the 4 am feeding, I was wondering why I was pretty chilly so I wrapped Harper up in a blanket and hat and snuggled to make sure she was warm. Dan let us know that it was back down to minus 17°F after he took el Guapo out for his morning 'walk'. BRRRR! Guap ran out, did his business and was back up on the deck whimpering to come back inside minutes later. His new favorite spot is in front of the fireplace. It's now -12°F at 11:30 am...Hawaii can't come too soon! I just wish we could take poor old Guap! Harper and I are ready to be able to venture outside without looking like stay-puft marshmallow people.
