Fairbanks for the Weekend

We headed to Fairbanks this past weekend with some of my co-workers to see the annual ice carvings. I was pretty excited about it since I had never been to Fairbanks - it did not disappoint us! I think Harper had fun too - she even perfected putting her foot in her mouth!

Really neat swordfish ice sculpture (okay, 'neat' doesn't do it justice!)

On the way to Fairbanks we stopped in the town of Nenana, home of the Nenana Ice Classic.
